Production & Fulfillment
Each Once Upon a Memory book is custom made just for your child. We partner with a trusted print fulfillment team to carefully produce and ship every order.
Because your book is personalized, production typically takes:
7–8 business days for standard shipping
6–7 business days for expedited shipping
Once production is complete, your order is handed off to the selected shipping carrier. Delivery time will vary based on the shipping method and destination.
For orders shipped outside the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, please allow additional time for potential customs clearance delays. While uncommon, customs processing is outside of our control and may extend delivery timelines.
Returns & Refunds
Since each book is custom printed specifically for your order, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun.
However, if your book arrives with a production defect or print quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly review the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.
